When people are searching for local businesses, they may already have ventured out of their homes. They want to see enough information about the business to decide if they should visit it right then and there. The immediacy of this need is enough to show you how quickly these interested researchers could turn into paying customers. However, when they are unable to properly access your website, then they are likely to choose another business or no business at all. They need to have clear access to the different pages on your site and the information it provides, which is proof as to why you must optimize your website for mobile usage.
